2. About the programme

The b/d Reversal Programme is an online, parent-led educational programme designed to help children who confuse the lowercase letters 'b' and 'd' when reading or writing.

It provides instructional videos, printable worksheets, listening activities and structured practice exercises.

The programme is intended for parents to work through with their children. It does not constitute a diagnostic assessment or guarantee any particular educational outcome.

3. Price and payment

The pilot programme costs £49, payable as a single payment at checkout.

There are no recurring subscription charges.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.

4. Access to the programme

Access is provided immediately after successful payment.

Customers receive six months' access from the date of purchase.

Course materials are released progressively through a scheduled drip-content system. Customers may begin whenever they wish and work through the available activities at their own pace.

Access is for the purchasing family and must not be shared, resold or distributed to others.

5. Pilot support

During the pilot, participants will be offered additional support, including opportunities to attend optional online group sessions and to ask questions by email.

The pilot is also an opportunity for families to provide feedback on the programme.

Participation in live sessions is optional and does not affect access to the course materials.

6. Three-day satisfaction guarantee

If you decide that the programme is not what you expected or is unsuitable for your child, you may request a full refund within three calendar days of purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at aniko@understandreading.com. You do not need to provide a detailed explanation.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Access to the programme will end when the refund is processed.

This voluntary guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.

7. Cancellation rights and immediate digital access

Under UK consumer law, online purchases of digital content and services may be subject to a statutory 14-day cancellation period.

Where applicable, customers who expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this results in the loss of their statutory cancellation right for that digital content may lose that right once supply begins.

Any statutory cancellation rights relating to services included in the programme will continue to apply as required by law.

The three-day satisfaction guarantee described above remains available regardless of any valid waiver of the statutory cancellation right for digital content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

All course videos, worksheets, instructions and other materials remain the intellectual property of BADOMA LTD or their respective rights holders.

Customers may download and print worksheets for use with children in their own household. Materials must not be reproduced for commercial use, redistributed or uploaded to public websites without written permission.

9. Technical requirements

Customers need internet access and a device capable of viewing online videos and PDF documents. A printer is recommended for the worksheets.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the programme, please contact us so that we can help.

10. Changes and availability

We may make improvements or corrections to the course during the pilot. Such changes will not materially reduce the programme purchased.

If a technical problem prevents access to the course, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly.

11. Personal information

We process personal information to administer purchases, provide course access and communicate with customers. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
